I can make Flow create a copy of the file but the Flow editor is unable to pick up on the table name and fields for a file that's only created at run time.) However, because I need to add rows to a table, I need to specific the table name for the fields to show up in the Flow editor, so that I can populate them with the relevant values. (My alternative was to make my flow create a copy of that file and work on the copy instead, while leaving the original file as a template and not touching it. Is there a way to make a flow single instance only? I'd prefer to make my flow more robust than to try to change that kind of user behaviour. The users are typical users who would click a button multiple times if it looks like nothing has responded within 0.12s. The flow is manually triggered by a button by users. ![]() ![]() My flow works on a single file on OneDrive and should not be allowed to start another run while it's already running or that poor file is going to get raped by all sorts of changes trying to be done to it.
